Payments for services should be made through authorized channels only. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. A detailed invoice will be provided for all services rendered. Advance payments may be required for long-term care assignments.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a nominal cancellation fee. For long-term care, a notice period of 24 hours is required for termination of service.

Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment for our staff. Any mistreatment or unsafe conditions may result in immediate termination of service without refund. Clear instructions regarding patient needs must be provided at the time of booking.
